MemberGate software is an enterprise software solution. We will provide every opportuntity to answer any questions about its features or functions.

You are encouraged to try out or demo as well as join a MemberGate site. That will give you a very good idea from both the site owner and user's perspective.

Ultimately we have no control over our client's commitment to following through with their site plans. Our own costs are incurred from the very beginning including doing the professional site design, installation and support. Licensing the MemberGate software is a contractual obligation and the license fee is not refundable.

A client wishing to place their site "on hold" from hosting charges can do so one time, for up to 4 months (120 days). After which hosting will resume unless the client wishes to close the hosting account. The site itself will not be accessible during this period.

The software fees may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this issue.

For physical products or seminars that we provide, we stand by a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisifed with your purchase or membership, please let us know and we will gladly refund the purchase.
