Adding a 'Most Popular Articles' Department
Create a New Department
A new department can be created under Content Departments Add Department
Enter a name for the department (IE Most Popular), and set the department to have 'public access'.
Department Content
Enter the following into the Department Content box.

Placing that command on any page will show the most read articles for the site.
