In the spirit of the season, we would like to provide the opportunity for some downtime for our support team staff during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. We're hoping to enjoy some gingerbread, figgy pudding and of course some rest and relaxation.
While we won't be available full time during our rest, we will still monitor for emergency situations. We will also respond to your support questions and issues, but resolutions for those that are not as urgent may take longer than our regular support responses. We appreciate your understanding.
