Check to see if you have an affiliate cookie on your computer.
Sometimes in testing and clicking links, you may end up with an affiliate cookie on your computer. If you add a new member to your site or fill out the subscription form with the affiliate cookie on your computer, you could assign that affiliate to the new member. The new member would be credited with that sale and commission would be tallied.
To check if you do have an affiliate cookie:
1. Under 'Tools' choose 'View Affiliate Cookie'
2. From the affiliate menu choose 'View Affiliate Cookie'
2. The software will let you know if there is an affiliate cookie along with information about the affiliate. To remove, click on the 'Remove Affiliate Cookie' button
3. If you do not have an affiliate cookie on your computer, no other action has to be taken.
