Annual meeting notice
An annual meeting notice for associations whose members vote on directors and bylaw changes. It gives the date, time and place, joining details for members online, the full agenda, the candidates for election, how voting works and how to appoint a proxy, with a short summary box at the top. The sample is written for a bookkeepers' association meeting in Chicago with a hybrid option. Change the date, venue, candidates and agenda items, check the notice period your bylaws require, and send members the link with your meeting email.

How to vote
