Annual retreat
A page for the yearly retreat, summit or offsite that your members look forward to all year. It opens with the dates and a countdown, makes the case in a few numbers, sets out each day of the agenda in tabs, shows off the venue and what is included, introduces the speakers in a scrolling carousel and finishes with ticket options and practical questions. Three days to step back and see the whole business
Thursday, September 16 to Saturday, September 18, 2027, at Cypress Bend Lodge in Wimberley, Texas. Sixty owners, no phones in sessions, and a plan for 2028 you'll actually use.

The venue
Cypress Bend Lodge
A family-run lodge on 40 acres beside the Blanco River, about an hour southwest of Austin. We book the whole property, so for three days it belongs to Summit Founders Circle.

Every ticket includes all sessions, two nights at the lodge, all meals and the airport shuttle. Prices are per person.

I wrote my one-page plan at last year's retreat and taped it above my desk. We hit four of the five goals on it, and I took my first two-week vacation in nine years.
Good to know
Can I bring my spouse or partner?
Partners are welcome to stay in your private room for $390, which covers their meals. They can join the evening dinners and activities, while the sessions are for owners and their guests only.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, walking shoes, a swimsuit and a light jacket for the evenings. We provide notebooks, the planning workbook and everything else.
What if I need to cancel?
Full refund until July 31, 2027. After that, a 50% refund until August 31, or you can transfer your ticket to another owner at any time.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The main lodge, meeting barn and six of the guest rooms are step-free. Let us know what you need when you book and we will plan around it.
Last year's retreat sold out in five weeks
Members have first choice of rooms until June 1, 2027. After that, any open places go to the waitlist.
