Race and event calendar
A calendar page for any club that runs regular events, written for a trail running club's race season. Upcoming events come straight from your own Membergate calendar, so the list stays current without editing the page. Below it, cards introduce each race in the series, tabs explain entry, points and volunteering, and a map shows where everyone meets. Change the race names, distances and meeting point to your own, connect your calendar, and the page is ready for the season.

Course detailsHow the series works
Enter each race online from its event page. Members sign in first to see member pricing. Entries are capped at 250 runners per race to protect the trails, and races usually fill a week early.
The first finisher in each age group earns 100 points, the second 95, and so on. Your best five results count. Age-group winners and everyone who finishes all six races is recognized at the October awards party.
Each race needs about 40 volunteers for parking, aid stations and course marshaling. Volunteer at one race and you get a free entry to another, plus a series volunteer shirt.
We run in rain and snow. If lightning, wildfire smoke or a trail closure makes a race unsafe, we postpone it and email everyone entered by 5am on race day.
