Long-form sales page
A long-form sales page for coaches selling a cohort or group program. It opens with a story your buyer will recognize, names the problem, then walks through the program module by module in an accordion, says plainly who it is for and who it is not for, and backs it up with testimonials, a guarantee and an FAQ. Your own plans appear in the pricing section. Rewrite the story in your voice, swap in your modules and results, and keep the structure: it is built to answer every objection in order.

The First-Time Manager Program
Become the manager you wish you'd had
A 10-week group program for new and mid-level managers who were promoted for being great at the work, and now have to lead the people doing it.
Next cohort starts March 2, 2027. Limited to 24 managers so every voice gets heard.
Sound familiar?
Monday morning, nine days after the promotion
Priya had been the best analyst on her team for four years. When her manager left, the promotion felt obvious. Then the first Monday arrived.
Two of her former teammates stopped inviting her to lunch. A senior engineer started going around her to the director. Her calendar filled with one-on-ones she didn't know how to run, and by Thursday she was working until ten at night doing her old job, because it was the only part that still felt like something she was good at.
Nobody had taught her how to give feedback without wrecking a friendship, how to say no to her boss, or how to tell whether she was doing well. Her company's management training was a two-hour webinar and a PDF.
Priya isn't unusual. Most managers get promoted for their individual skills and receive almost no help with the new job. They're left to figure it out alone, usually by making the same painful mistakes everyone before them made.
What usually happens when new managers go it alone
They keep doing the work
It feels productive and safe, so they hold on to tasks their team should own. The team stalls and the manager burns out.
They avoid the hard talk
Feedback gets softened until it says nothing. Small problems grow until they land in a performance review, or a resignation letter.
They lose their footing upward
Without a clear way to manage up, they say yes to everything, take on too much and get judged on results they never agreed to.

The solution
There is a faster, kinder way to learn this job
I'm Dana Whitfield. I spent fourteen years leading teams in healthcare and software before I started Clearpath Coaching, and I made every mistake on that list. The First-Time Manager Program is the course I wish someone had handed me in my first week.
Over 10 weeks you'll learn the handful of skills that matter most, practice them with a small group of managers facing the same challenges, and use them with your own team between sessions. It's practical, it's honest, and it fits around a full-time job.
The modules
Ten weeks, ten skills
Each week has one live session, a short practice assignment and a pod check-in. Expect about three hours a week.
Week 1: From doer to leader
What actually changes when you become a manager, how to measure your own success, and the one conversation to have with your boss in your first month.
Week 2: One-on-ones that matter
A simple structure for weekly one-on-ones your team will look forward to, plus a question bank for when the conversation goes quiet.
Week 3: Managing former peers
How to reset relationships with people who used to be your teammates, without becoming distant or pretending nothing changed.
Week 4: Feedback that lands
A four-step model for clear, kind feedback, practiced live in small groups until it feels natural rather than scripted.
Week 5: Delegation without dumping
Deciding what to hand off, how to brief it, and how much to check in, so your team grows and your evenings come back.
Week 6: Running meetings people value
Cutting meetings that don't need to happen and making the rest shorter, sharper and more useful.
Week 7: Managing up
Setting expectations with your own manager, pushing back with confidence and making your team's work visible.
Week 8: Difficult conversations
Underperformance, conflict between teammates and saying no. You'll rehearse a real conversation you've been putting off.
Week 9: Motivation and recognition
What keeps good people engaged, how to spot quiet disengagement early and how to recognize work in ways that feel genuine.
Week 10: Your leadership plan
Pulling it together into a 90-day plan for your team and yourself, shared with your pod for accountability after the program ends.
This program is for you if
It's probably not for you if
You're an experienced director looking for executive coaching. My 1:1 coaching is a better fit.
You want a certificate more than a change in how you lead.
You can't make most of the live sessions. Recordings help, but the practice happens live.
You're hoping for a quick fix for a team crisis this week. Book a discovery call instead and we'll talk it through.
What past participants say
I stopped dreading my one-on-ones in week two. By the end I'd had the feedback conversation I'd been avoiding for six months, and it went better than I could have imagined.
The pod was the surprise. Three other managers who got it, every week. We still meet once a month, a year later.
My director noticed the change before I told her I was doing the program. Two of my reports said our meetings were the best they'd had.

Questions people ask before joining
Can my company pay for this?
Most participants' employers do. After you enroll you'll get an itemized invoice and a one-page outline you can send to HR or your manager. The Team plan is set up for company billing.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and posted within a day, and your pod will catch you up. Try to make at least eight of the ten live, because the practice is where the learning happens.
When are the live sessions?
Tuesdays at 11am Mountain Time (1pm Eastern, 10am Pacific) for 90 minutes, from March 2 to May 4, 2027.
Is it only for people in Denver?
No. The program runs entirely online and past cohorts have included managers from 31 states and four countries.
I'm not new, but I never had training. Is it still right for me?
Very likely. Plenty of participants have managed for several years without support. If you're unsure, book a free discovery call and we'll decide together.
What happens after the 10 weeks?
You keep the recordings and templates for a year, and you can join Clearpath Circle, our membership community with monthly live calls, to keep learning.
Your team deserves a confident manager. So do you.
The March cohort is limited to 24 managers. Join now and you'll get the pre-work the same day.
