Dana spent fourteen years leading teams in hospitals and software companies before founding Clearpath Coaching in Denver in 2016. She has since coached more than 1,100 new and mid-level managers, and runs the 10-week First-Time Manager Program.
She's a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and is known for making hard conversations feel doable.
