A help center page for an online community or membership, written for a photography community but useful for almost any site. Topic cards send people to the right section, from getting started and billing to challenges and live sessions. The most-asked questions are answered right on the page, and a closing section explains how to reach the team and how quickly they reply. Point each card at your own help pages, rewrite the questions from your inbox, and link the page from your footer and account area.

How do I enter this month's challenge?
Open Challenges from the members menu, read the brief and use the entry form at the bottom of the page. You can replace your entry as many times as you like until the deadline.
What time are the live critiques?
On the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7pm Eastern. The joining link is emailed an hour before, and the replay is online within a day.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to My Account, then Membership. You can switch plans at any time; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I download the tutorials?
Tutorial videos stream online, but every lesson's notes, presets and practice files can be downloaded from the bottom of its page.
Who owns the photos I post?
You do. Posting a photo gives Frame & Focus Collective permission to show it on the site and, for challenge winners, in our newsletter, always with your name. We never sell or license your work.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. A reset link arrives by email within a few minutes; check your spam folder if it does not.

Use this page
Make it yours in a few minutes
- Find it in your Control Panel. Go to Content > Page Library and search for "Help center".
- Add it to your site. Choose a title and a department. The page arrives as a draft, with its pictures copied to your site and your site's name already in place.
- Change the words and pictures. Open it in the page builder, replace the sample text and images with your own, and make it live when you are ready.
