Plan your visit
A plan-your-visit page for churches and ministries that want first-time guests to arrive feeling expected rather than nervous. It sets out service times, walks through a Sunday from the parking lot to the closing song, explains kids' check-in and safety, answers the small questions people are shy to ask, and ends with a map and a short form so your welcome team knows who is coming. Change the times, address and parking notes to your own, and keep the friendly, plain tone.
Plan your visit
You're welcome here, just as you are
Whether you have been in church your whole life or never set foot in one, Sunday at Grace Harbor Church is relaxed, friendly and about an hour long. Here is everything you need to know before you come.

Service times
Same message, same music at both Sunday services. Pick whichever suits your morning.
Sunday, 9:00am
Our earlier service, a little quieter, with coffee and pastries in the courtyard afterward. Kids' classes for ages 0 to 11.
Sunday, 11:00am
Our busiest service, with the full band and kids' classes for every age, plus Harbor Youth for grades 6 to 12.
Wednesday, 6:30pm
Midweek Table: a simple shared supper at 6:00pm, then a short time of prayer and teaching in the fellowship hall.
What to expect
What a Sunday is like
When you arrive, a greeter in a teal lanyard will say hello at the door. If you have kids, they will walk you to check-in. If you don't, they will point you to the coffee and save you a seat if you like.
The service starts on time and lasts about 65 minutes. We sing four or five songs with a live band, pray together, and then Rev. Angela Brooks or one of our pastors teaches for around 30 minutes from the Bible, usually with a story or two and something practical to take into your week.
Nobody will single you out, ask you to stand up or expect you to give. If you would like to meet someone afterward, stop by the Welcome Table in the lobby and we'll hand you a small gift and answer any questions.

Grace Harbor Church Kids
Kids are safe, known and having fun
Classes for babies through fifth grade run during both Sunday services, in our children's wing just off the main lobby.
Secure check-in. You'll get a matching tag, and only the adult holding it can collect your child.
Screened volunteers. Every leader has a background check and safety training, and there are always at least two adults in every room.
Allergy aware. Snacks are nut-free, and you can note any allergies or needs at check-in.
Parents welcome. If your child would rather stay with you on the first visit, that's completely fine. A family room with a live audio feed is next to the sanctuary.
Getting here and parking
Grace Harbor Church
2140 Abercorn Street
Savannah, GA 31401
Our main lot is behind the building, entered from 38th Street. Look for the orange cones marked First Visit right by the front door; those spaces are saved for guests.
On busy Sundays, overflow parking is across the street at Liberty Elementary, with volunteers helping you across. Accessible spaces and a drop-off loop are at the main entrance, and the whole building is step-free.

Small questions people ask
What should I wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll see everything from sundresses to flip-flops and team jerseys on game days.
Do I need to know the songs or the Bible?
Not at all. Song words are on the screens and Bible passages are printed in the handout, so you can follow along without bringing anything.
Will I be asked to give money?
No. Giving is for people who call Grace Harbor Church home. As a guest, please consider yourself our guest.
Can I bring my service dog?
Of course. Service animals are always welcome in every part of the building.
What if I'd like to talk to a pastor?
A pastor is at the Welcome Table after every service, or you can mention it on the form below and we'll be in touch to set up a coffee.
Let us know you're coming
Totally optional. It just helps us save you a parking space, have your kids' tags ready and greet you by name.
We'll save you a seat
See you Sunday. And if Sunday doesn't work, Wednesday supper is always on us.
