Youth ministry

A youth ministry page that speaks to two audiences at once: teenagers deciding whether it sounds fun, and parents deciding whether it is safe. It covers the weekly programs for middle and high school, lists upcoming events and camps from your calendar, shows a gallery of real moments and answers parents' questions about supervision, transport, costs and permission forms. Swap in your own nights, events and photos, update the parent information each year, and link the sign-up button to your registration page.

Life at Harbor Youth

For parents

We see ourselves as your partners. Here's what you need to know.

Who are the leaders?

Jordan Pryce, our Youth and Family Pastor, leads a team of 22 volunteers. Every adult leader is at least 21, has been part of Grace Harbor Church for six months or more, has passed a background check and completes child safety training every year. Two adults are always present with students.

How do I register my student?

Create a free family account and add your student. You'll fill in contact details, allergies and medical information once, and we'll use it for every event. You can update it any time.

What about trips and permission forms?

Every off-site event needs a signed permission form, which you can complete online when you register. For overnight trips we hold a short parents' meeting two weeks before, with the full schedule, packing list and leader phone numbers.

How do students get to events?

Parents drop off and pick up for weekly nights. For trips, we travel in church vans or approved volunteer cars, with drivers over 25 who have clean driving records.

How will I hear what's going on?

A short parent email goes out every Monday with the week's topic, upcoming dates and a question to ask your student over dinner. Text alerts are used only for trip updates and weather changes.

Can I visit?

Absolutely. Parents are always welcome to stay for a night, and we'd love more parents to volunteer. Talk to Jordan at hello@example.com.

See you in the Loft

First time? Find Jordan or any leader in a Harbor Youth shirt and we'll introduce you around.
