30-day challenge
A landing page for a time-boxed challenge, the kind studios, trainers and online fitness memberships run to bring in new people and re-energize existing members. A countdown runs to the start date beside the sign-up form, then the page shows what participants get, the plan week by week, results from last time and answers to the usual questions. Change the dates in the countdown and copy, rewrite the weekly plan for your own challenge and choose your registration form on import.

The plan, week by week
Week 1, March 1 to 7: Find your rhythm
Short workouts built around good form: squats, hinges, push-ups from the wall or floor, and a 5-minute stretch each evening. The goal is simply to show up every day.
Week 2, March 8 to 14: Build strength
We add light weights (or water bottles at home) and a little more time under tension. Thursday is a rest-and-mobility day.
Week 3, March 15 to 21: Add energy
Intervals arrive, always with a low-impact option. You'll repeat the day 3 workout and see how much easier it feels.
Week 4 and beyond, March 22 to 30: Finish strong
Our favorite workouts from the month, a celebration class at the studio on Saturday, March 27, and a plan to keep going.

Last year's challenge in numbers
I'd tried apps on my own and always quit by day six. Having a group to check in with every morning made all the difference. I did 29 of 30.
Twenty minutes was the magic number. Short enough to fit before my kids woke up, hard enough that I felt it.
Questions about the challenge
Is it really free?
Yes. The challenge, the daily videos for the month, the tracker and the Saturday studio classes are all free. You don't need to be a member.
I'm a complete beginner. Can I do it?
This challenge was written for beginners. Every workout has an easier option, and you can pause and rewind the videos as often as you like.
What equipment do I need?
Just a mat or a soft floor. A pair of light dumbbells helps from week two, but water bottles work fine.
What if I miss a day?
Pick up where you left off. Every video stays available until April 15, so you can catch up.
I have an injury or health condition.
Please check with your doctor before starting, and tell us on the sign-up form. Our instructors can suggest modifications.
Spots in the Saturday studio sessions are limited
Online places are unlimited, but each Saturday class holds 40 people. Sign up now to save yours.
