It explains joining in three simple steps, shows what members get with an image and a checklist, sets out what is included in a grid, compares your plans, adds a word from a member and answers the questions people ask just before they sign up. Your own plans appear in the plans block when you add the page, so you only need to adjust the steps, the benefits and the answers.

Explore the library, register for an event and say hello in the forums. Your welcome email shows you where to start.

Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, from your account page. If you move to yearly, the unused part of your month is credited.
How do I cancel?
From My Account in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
New yearly members can get a full refund within 14 days of joining.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection, and we never see your full card number.

Use this page
Make it yours in a few minutes
- Find it in your Control Panel. Go to Content > Page Library and search for "How it works".
- Add it to your site. Choose a title and a department. The page arrives as a draft, with its pictures copied to your site and your site's name already in place.
- Change the words and pictures. Open it in the page builder, replace the sample text and images with your own, and make it live when you are ready.
