Free behavior assessment
A lead capture page for dog trainers, behavior consultants and pet coaches who offer a free assessment to start the conversation. It opens with a split hero, shows the six questions the assessment asks as numbered cards so owners know what to expect, explains what they get back, adds a short note from the lead trainer and a client story, then collects answers through a form. The sample is a Raleigh dog training school. Rewrite the questions for your own intake process and build the matching fields in Form Generator.

What to expect
The six questions we ask
Have a think before you start. There are no wrong answers, and the more detail you share, the better our advice.
1. Who is your dog?
Name, age, breed or best guess, and how long they have lived with you. Rescue history helps too, if you know it.
2. What worries you most?
Pulling, barking, jumping, chewing, fear, guarding food or toys, or something else. Pick the one that bothers you most.
3. When does it happen?
Every walk, only with strangers, when the doorbell rings, when you leave? Patterns tell us a lot.
4. What have you tried?
Training classes, tools, advice from the internet. Knowing what did not work saves time.
5. What does a day look like?
Walks, play, alone time, meals and sleep. A dog's routine often explains their behavior.
6. What would success be?
A calm walk around the block, a quiet doorbell, a dog you can take to a patio cafe. Tell us your goal.
What you get back
A personal reply from our team, usually within two business days.
A written assessment
What we think is behind the behavior, in plain language, from a trainer who has read every word.
Three things to try now
Simple, safe changes you can make this week, before you book anything with us.
A recommended plan
Whether online training, a group class or private sessions would help most, with honest costs.

A note from Chris
Most owners who contact us feel a little embarrassed, as if their dog's behavior is their fault. It almost never is. Dogs do what has worked for them, and with the right plan almost every dog can learn something new.
I read the first assessment of every new family myself. If I think your dog needs a vet visit or a veterinary behaviorist rather than a trainer, I will tell you that too.

Your answers go only to our training team. We will never share them or add you to a list without asking.
I filled in the assessment at midnight after Juno lunged at another dog for the third time that week. Chris replied in a day with a plan that actually made sense. Six months later we walk past dogs without a sound.
