The plans come straight after the title, followed by a side-by-side comparison of what each plan includes, built from cards with checklists so it stays readable on a phone. A short billing FAQ covers trials, upgrades, refunds and receipts, and a final band invites companies, schools and groups to ask about team pricing. Set your own plans on import, edit the comparison lists to match them, and point the group band at your contact page.

Billing questions
The short answers. Our billing policy has the details.
How does the free trial work?
Monthly plans start with 7 days free. We take your card details when you join, but you are not charged until day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and try again over the next week. Your access continues while you update your card from My Account.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly and Patron plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of payment. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and are not charged again.
Can I get an invoice for my employer?
Every payment comes with a receipt by email, and you can download invoices with your organization's name and address from My Account, then Billing.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are shown without sales tax. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout based on your billing address.

Joining as a group?
Five or more memberships come with a group discount, one invoice and a named contact on our team.
We work with employers, libraries, colleges and associations of every size. Tell us how many people you would like to include and we will send a quote within two working days.

Make it yours in a few minutes
- Find it in your Control Panel. Go to Content > Page Library and search for "Pricing page".
- Add it to your site. Choose a title and a department. The page arrives as a draft, with its pictures copied to your site and your site's name already in place.
- Change the words and pictures. Open it in the page builder, replace the sample text and images with your own, and make it live when you are ready.
