Customize the "This Content Page is Currently Unavailable" Page

When members with not enough member days try to view a page from a timed release department they see a ""This Content Page is Currently Unavailable" page. This page can now be edited.

The "This Content Page is Currently Unavailable" is content page 30. Choose 'Edit Content" and page 30. More text can be added to the 'Text or HTML to appear on this page' box.
