It is possible to send emails through the send email function of MemberGate from a specific name as opposed to your email address.
From your MemberGate control panel, on the right side choose email settings found under Master Settings Email Settings
In the 'Webmaster Email Address' form field enter
Joe Emailsender <[email protected]>
(Substitute whichever name the email is coming from for Joe Emailsender)
The recipients of the email will receive the email from Joe Emailsender.
