To change the spacing of the navigational panels to maximize or minimize space in the center (body) of the page:
1. Under 'Master Settings' choose 'Edit Master Template'
2. In the form field 'Spacing Between Panels' enter a number for spacing. The number 0 will minimize space so there isn't any space between the body and the panels, a larger number will maximize the space giving a lot of white space between the body and the panels.
