How can I turn off the feature that automatically emails me when there is a post to the discussion forum?

Please note these instructions are for the 'old' or legacy forum. 

1. Under 'Discussion Forum' choose 'Edit Old Forum'

2. In the form field 'Send eMail Alert' choose 'No'

The forum moderator will not automatically get an email everytime a post is made to the discussion forum.
