It is possible to turn the teaser text off on Department pages and on Member and Public Portal Pages. Keep in mind that Google uses the teaser text on member's department pages to index the pages of the department. Removing the teaser may result in lower rankings of your site.
To turn the teaser text off in a department:
1. Editing a Department can be found under Content Departments Edit Department
2. Select the department from the drop down menu
3. Click on the Department Content Listings box to open the section
4. Set the field 'Teaser Length' to '0'.
To turn the teaser text off in the Public or Member Portals
Editing the Public Portal can be found under Content Portals Edit Public Portal
or
Editing the Member Portal can be found under Content Portals Edit Member Portal
Click on the Settings box to open the section
Set the field 'Length of article teaser copy to display on Public Portal Page' to '0'.
