How do I make changes within the Review and Ratings comment feature?

The Reviews and Ratings comment feature allows for members to comment and rate different articles.

The labels that are attached to the comment feature can be edited through the control panel.

The text found in the Reviews & Ratings section can be edited under Social Networking Reviews & Ratings Fields
