Block a User
Blocking a user can be found under Discussion Forums Blocking
Search for the User
Enter the member number, username or email address for the member.
Choose the Forum
Check the radio button for all forums or uncheck the radio button to only block the member from specific forums.
If blocking specific forums, begin typing the name of the forum and select it from the list. Repeat this step for all forums to block.
Set the Expiry Period
A member can be blocked for the lifetime of their membership or during a specificied time period. Check the lifetime box or uncheck the box and choose the date when they will be able to access the forum again. They will automatically have access upon that date.
Save
Click the button to add the member to the Blocking Members list.
Edit or Delete the Block
Choose the pencil icon to edit the blocking specs for the member or the trash icon to delete the block fully. Deleting the block will give the member access to the forums again.
