Troubleshooting
The "Most Popular Articles" search will only show content pages which are set to display on your portal pages.
If your site is not displaying anything in your Most Popular Articles department, check your content pages to make sure they are set to appear on the portal pages.
In order to get accurate results in "Most Popular Articles", you will need to set all of your articles to appear on the portal pages so the site can display the articles in the order of popularity.
(Note: If you don't want any articles to appear beneath your clump(s) on the portal page(s), edit each portal page and change the setting "Number of Article Headlines to display on Public Portal Page" to 0.)
