When the auto logout message on the site is triggered, the javascript pop-up box which steals focus from whatever you're working on is no longer disruptive.
Instead it now creates a nice lightbox pop-up which has a countdown timer for the last two minutes and then logs the user out, but doesn't steal the focus from the browser.
