Most system functions occur on the local time where your host server is located. If you would like to change the time to reflect your local time, it can be adjusted in 'custom settings'.
Custom Settings can be found on the right nav panel under Master Settings Custom Settings
Under 'Custom Settings' in the 'Server Time Offset' form field enter the number of hours to adjust the server time to. This number can be positive if the server time is earlier than the local time and negative if the server time is later than the local time.
