Add the Tip of the Week Form Code to the Nav Panel

The optin form code can be added through Content Categories Edit Category

Choose 'Tip of the Week' from the drop down menu

The autoresponder code can be placed in the 'Script for this Category' box which can be found in the 'Category Script' section.
