Instead of only using files stored on your Membergate server, files from Amazon S3 can be added to your shopping cart and download area. If you have already connected your Amazon S3 account to your MemberGate site, skip down to #3.

1. This is a one time action, but the first step is to connect your MemberGate site to your Amazon S3 account. Under 'Master Template' choose 'Amazon S3 Settings'

2. Login to your Amazon AWS Console to get your (1) Amazon Access Key and your (2) Amazon Secret Key. (3) Enter the file types that you would like to access from your Amazon S3 account to add as downloads (for example, mp4, mp3, pdf etc). Separate each different file type with a comma.

3. To sell a download file that is stored on your Amazon S3 account, choose 'Add/Edit Products' from the 'Shopping Cart Menu'. In the 'Internet Delivery' field choose 'Internet Delivery Only'.

4. In the 'Amazon S3 File' field enter in the url details if you know the path of the file. If you do not know the file address click on 'My Amazon S3 Account'. A listing of your Amazon folders will appear below.

5. Click on the folder and then the filename of the file that you would like to  sell. MemberGate will fill in the path details.

6. To add a file to the Download Area, the process is the same as steps 4 and 5. First choose 'Add File' from the 'DL Area' and look for the 'Amazon S3 File' field.
