Operate a large subscription or membership web site and let MemberGate do the work for you. You set the rules, and MemberGate makes sure everyone follows them.
Website Content Publisher
Using the master rules you specified in site setup, MemberGate creates and formats the page for you, and provides you a preview of the results. To publish, simply click the 'activate' button. Include graphics in your pages to appear anywhere that you want. Restrictive access allows you to manage who can see your content.
Subscription Module
You set the rules, start it up, and it literally runs on auto-pilot, keeping you informed of daily statistics and alerting you of any problems. Full reporting makes it easy for you to instantly check any area of the sites performance. Automatic member signup, automatic sending of welcome messages, renewal notices, etc.
Automatic Member Signup
MemberGate fully automates the new member signup processing, allowing visitors to become new members instantly. You can set up an unlimited number of membership plans, options, terms, etc. Easily customize the member application form to meet your needs.
Automatic Page Publishing
Pages can be set to 'hold until' a specific release date, and 'purged' upon a future date. You also have the ability to 'drip' content so it only appears for a member after a specified time as a member.
Automatic Page Archiving
This way, as the older pages fall off the portal and department page index screens, they can still be quickly found by either clicking the 'view more headlines' button on all portal pages, or doing a keyword search on the archives.
Responsive Themes
Update the look and feel of your site with MemberGate's responsive themes and rapid site templates. A theme will allow you to change the graphical details of your site and will allow this new look throughout the site. Select from pre-made themes or customize your own.
Flexible Site Design
You have complete control over the page layout, including navigation panels, typestyles, colors, graphics, links, hover colors and much more. No html is required. All pages on your site are formatted using your design. You can edit the design as often as you'd like.
Responsive Design
MemberGate follows the protocols required to make sites responsive and mobile-friendly. It recognizes the screen size of the viewer and will adjust the page view as required. Google does consider responsiveness when ranking mobile friendly sites.
Learning Management System
The LMS Is set up to provide a fully functional course program which includes lesson material, downloadable files, multi-media options, quizzes, assessments and a final certificate.
Master Control Panel
Each option is fully documented with pop-up help offering advice and tips. Almost all choices are 'one click' or 'select from the list', making it easy for you to have MemberGate create the kind of site you want. Control Panel access has four levels of roles based security, making sure only those you authorize are able to add content to your site.
Multiple Membership Levels
Plans can be for fixed periods (i.e. yearly), or for automatic recurring billing (i.e. monthly, quarterly). Even create group plans, corporate plans, and special discount plans (ie miltary discounts, teacher discounts).
Role Based Security
You can have members, content providers, dept managers, asst site managers, site managers, and more - each with clear restrictions on what they can do on your site. The roles based system is designed so that when members sign in, they can only see and access the material and options that are within their scope of authority.
Download Library
Protect files available to your members to download. The download library is a protected storage area for the member's only download files - any files can be added - pdf, zip, doc, xls etc. Restrictive access can be set so only members of particular plans can access.
Timed Release/Drip Content
Release content to your members based on how long they have been a member with the time release content option. Specify that specific departments release its content when someone has been a member of your site for x number of days.
Site Wide Search
MemberGate includes a fully automatic site wide search engine that makes it easy for visitors to search for keywords and phrases appearing in any of your active content pages. Search returns all matches, even those in the member area. But when clicked, non-members have to join to see the full pages.
Members and Public Areas
Within each department, you can place an unlimited number of content pages - and access to the content pages is controlled by the department settings (members only or public viewing). You can instantly change any department and all its content from members only to public status (and vice versa).
Comprehensive Reporting
MemberGate includes over 50 customizable reports to show you everything from daily income, page stats, suspicious activity, site referrers, problem pages, search phrases, new members, renewing members, credit card transactions (selectable by any date range), a daily status report (automatically emailed to site manager each day), and many others.

Real time processing means that within seconds a member's credit card is processed, approved, and funds deposited into your account. If problems with the card number are found, the customer is alerted with a message describing the problem, and suggesting a resolution.

Shopping cart allows for special prices for members, secure product downloads, variable tax rates, variable shipping rates, customizable product options (size, color, etc.). Fully integrated with the Affiliate Program.
1 Click Upsells

RSS Content Syndication

This is a free service, and it is one click operation within MemberGate. Simply choose 'yes' to RSS Page syndication when creating or editing a page, and the page headlines are added to the RSS package.
