A subscription form can be presented to your customers with a small amount of fields to fill out in one screen. This is referred to as a staged subscription form.

Two Steps to set a Subscription Form so it is Staged
The Subscription Form Generator can be found under Tools Subscription Forms

1. Choose Staged as the Form Type.
In the subscription form settings section click on the radio button for for the 'Staged' Form Type.

2. Set the Staged List Server for Email Collection
Under the Member Plan Options section, there are options to collect email addresses for each of the three stages.

Click on the stage that the email address for the new or potential member will be sent to an email marketing list. A new box will appear with the email marketing list settings.
A) Click on your email marketing company
B) Select the List Name from the drop down box
Repeat for all Stages
3) Repeat step 2 for all of the stages that an email address should be sent to the email marketing list.
