The status of a member will determine what they have access to on your site. Please refer to the chart below to see what they can access.
|Status||Status Abbreviation||What It Means||Access to Members Pages||Receive Members Discount for Shopping Cart products||If on Recurring Billing Plan, will they automatically renew?|
|Inactive||i||Not a current member, but was a member in the past|
|Cancelled||c||Has cancelled their membership, will have the same benefits as an active member until their renewal date arrives.|
|First Billing Failure||f||Member of a recurring plan; had a billing failure during their last renewal date. This status will only appear if the 'Enhanced Recurring Billing' is enabled|
|7 Day Billing Failure||g||Member of a recurring plan; had a second billing failure 7 days after first billing failure. This status will only appear if the 'Enhanced Recurring Billing' is enabled.|
