The status of a member will determine what they have access to on your site. Please refer to the chart below to see what they can access.
| Status | Status Abbreviation | What It Means | Access to Members Pages | Receive Members Discount for Shopping Cart products | If on Recurring Billing Plan, will they automatically renew? |

| Inactive | i | Not a current member, but was a member in the past |  |

| Cancelled | c | Has cancelled their membership, will have the same benefits as an active member until their renewal date arrives. | |

| First Billing Failure | f | Member of a recurring plan; had a billing failure during their last renewal date. This status will only appear if the 'Enhanced Recurring Billing' is enabled | |

| 7 Day Billing Failure | g | Member of a recurring plan; had a second billing failure 7 days after first billing failure. This status will only appear if the 'Enhanced Recurring Billing' is enabled. | |
