When members with not enough member days try to view a page from a timed release department they see a "This Content Page is Currently Unavailable" page. This page can be edited. It is content page 30.
The 'This Content Page is Currently Unavailable' page text can be edited under Content Pages Edit Page
Select page 30
More text can be added to the 'Content' box.
